Completed your studies in Canada? Eliana Immigration Inc. is here to help you transition smoothly from student life to meaningful Canadian work experience through our Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) service.
Who Can Apply
To qualify, you must have finished a program at a Designated Learning Institution (DLI). Applications must be submitted within 180 days of officially completing your program, this is based on either the release of final marks or an official completion notice. While approval is ultimately at the discretion of an immigration officer, a clear and well-prepared application significantly strengthens your case.
Understanding the PGWP
The PGWP is typically issued for 8 months to 3 years, depending on the length of your program. It allows you to work full-time or part-time for any employer, helping you build valuable Canadian experience. As the PGWP is generally non-extendable, future options may include a Bridging Open Work Permit or switching to visitor status if you plan to remain in Canada longer.
