The main steps

  • Together with you, we carefully analyze which employees your company needs and what will be the best way for you to hire them. For instance, your type of business may be on an LMIA-exempt list, or you already have foreign workers, and the best way for you is to extend your workers’ permits instead of hiring new individuals.
  • We launch the process of obtaining LMIA if the first step shows you need LMIA. It will work parallel with other project steps, so you will not lose extra time getting LMIA.
  • We perform a quality check of candidates selected/approved by your HR department for the possibility of obtaining a work permit or extending the stay of your foreign workers in Canada.
  • We train your HR to correctly select foreign employees from open sources based on professional competencies and other qualities that will help a candidate obtain or extend a work visa in Canada.*If your HR is overloaded and cannot be engaged in the selection of candidates, we take this job on ourselves.
  • We coordinate with you the final list of candidates who meet all the criteria for obtaining or extending a visa and employment in your company
  • We assists in preparing a WP application and obtaining the work permit for your employees
  • We provide clear instructions on how your HR department can continue to work with foreign employees at the end of temporary visas.
  • As an additional service, we accompany your HR department within 3 months after hiring on all issues related to the hired employees within our partnership.
